  HANGING MESH TRAPS

  Butterfly hanging basket mesh fruit trap

  Produced in our workshop , these basket shaped traps are made of resistant Polyetilene mesh net and steel wire frames designed for butterflies using rotten fruit as bait .

  A 22cm plastic dish, placed under the trap allows you to place rotten fuit as bait

  As we all know butterflies take flight straight up not by sides, this way ,once they come to feed and get scared by other insects coming or just when they finish to eat, flying away, they leave straight up going inside the cone located just above the dish ( provided of a 10cm diam. hole ) and they cannot get down, they definitely finish inside the mesh trap.

  A zip allows you to remove the specimens and you can also detach the cone by 3 hooks to remove all specimens such as wasps or bees from below in a while

  size 30x60cm heigth the trap can be collapsed when not in use getting the size of only 30cm x 10cm

  Alive drosophila flyes hanging trap

  Similar to the fuit trap for butterflies but much smaller these meshed basket shaped traps have smaller size , about 25x30cm  they consist in a trap for catching alive flyes and Drosophila for feeding our Mantis or other predator beetles.

  It can also be used for monitoring collection and killing of flyes in dirty places or in farms where flyes are too many

  HOW TO USE IT just hang it and place some bait in the dish

  you can use : rotten meat or fish ... to atract flyes or wasps vinegar or rotten fuit ... to attract Drosophila
